The goal: a festive, free-flowing world that brought the color, flavor, and diversity of New Orleans to life for a national sales celebration.

What we built: a custom French Quarter stage set, hand-painted murals, brick-wall facades, ladder-display shelving, and string-light canopies — all fabricated in our shop, then installed on site.

The result: a fully immersive room guests didn't want to leave, delivered turnkey so the client's team could focus on the program.

the questions we get most

Do you really build everything in-house?

Yes. Design, scenic fabrication, paint, print, and install all happen under our roof with our own team. We don't outsource the custom work — which is exactly why nothing falls through the cracks.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak Florida season (January–May and September–November) we recommend 8–12 weeks. Custom builds love a longer runway; smaller receptions can often turn in 3–4 weeks.

What's a typical budget?

Welcome receptions start in the low thousands; custom themed worlds, stage sets, and multi-day conference packages scale from there based on fabrication, square footage, and labor. Every proposal is custom-quoted to your goals — no obligation.

Do you handle load-in and teardown?

Always. Our crew coordinates dock scheduling, certificates of insurance, and certified labor, and we build to each venue's rigging and fire-marshal requirements — install through strike.

How big an event can you handle?

Anything from an intimate VIP dinner to a general session for thousands. If we can build it in the shop, we can install it on your floor.
