Our work is fully custom, so budgets vary by scope. Most corporate clients invest a few thousand dollars and up. We will recommend the smartest approach for your goals during a free consultation.
How far in advance do I need to request a proposal?+
For large-scale events we recommend 3 to 6 months, but because our shop is in-house we can often accommodate shorter timelines. It is always worth a call.
What does the proposal process look like?+
After a quick discovery call, our design studio creates concept renderings and an itemized proposal. Once approved, our scenic shop fabricates, and our crew handles install and strike. One team, start to finish.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and breakdown?+
Yes. We manage delivery, on-site installation, and full strike, coordinating dock, load-in, and venue paperwork so your team only runs the program.
