Our Story

Founded in 2005, built on follow-through

Florida Event Decor started in 2005 as a small decor outfit with a simple frustration: planners were juggling five vendors and praying it all came together on load-in day. Nearly two decades later, we've grown into a full design-and-build shop that owns every step, from the first sketch to the final strike.

That growth came one flawless event at a time. We've served more than 500 brands and corporate planners, earned a spot on the Inc. 5000, and turned a decor business into one of Florida's most trusted production partners. The reasons clients stay are the same as the day we opened: we do what we say, and we build it ourselves.

Behind the work is a tight-knit crew of designers, fabricators, carpenters, painters, and installers, led by Eric. These are the people who design your event, build it on the shop floor, and stand in the room with you on load-in day.
